AI Email Outreach
Follow up until a lead responds or opts out, without pestering.
Live for clients
What this fixes
Most leads are lost in the gap between interest and a reply. The follow-up that would have won the deal never gets sent.
Without it
- One message goes out, then silence
- Follow-up is the first thing dropped
- Nobody knows which message earned the reply
With the System
- A planned cascade runs until they answer
- Variants are tracked, so the sequence sharpens
- Every thread stops the moment someone replies
How it is wired
What goes in, what it does, and where the results land.
- Channels in: Lead list, Triggers, New signups, Replies.
- Email Engine does the work: Send, Follow up, Stop on reply.
- Results out to: Follow-ups, Your CRM, Meetings, Reply inbox.
What it does
Four things, each doing real work.
A planned cascade
A sequence with sensible spacing, not one message and silence.
Variants, attributed
Weighted A/B versions, with replies traced back to the message that earned them.
Guardrails that hold
Per-account send caps, a global stop switch, and a refusal to send on incomplete data.
One connected lead store
What was sent, to whom, and what came back, in one place wired to your tools.
What stops it going wrong
The safeguards are the product. Here they are.
Before anything sends
- Data guard. Refuses to send when a lead record is incomplete
- Rate cap. Per-account send limits, so the account is never burned
- Kill switch. One global stop, for every thread at once
The cascade
- First Opening message goes out, variant A or B
- Then Follow-up on cadence, the other variant
- Then Third and final touch, then the thread rests
- Any reply The thread stops immediately, and so does every queued message on it
How it runs
Three steps, then it is ours to operate.
-
Define
We set the audience, the variants, the spacing and the stop conditions.
-
Run
It sends on cadence, respects the caps, and halts on a reply.
-
Tune
We read the attribution, retire weak variants, keep the strong ones.
Following up for clients, with the safeguards live
Live for clients
It runs for clients with every safeguard active: per-account send caps, a global stop switch, and a guard that refuses to send on incomplete data. Reply figures are not published, so none are shown here.
